Faith leaders from across Calgary have rallied behind a local Islamic school after it received violent anti-Muslim threats, including threats against children. The MAC Islamic School was among 9 schools across Canada targeted by an email calling for violence against Muslims
The gathering brought support to students, staff & families, with religious leaders stressing that Muslims should not face hatred alone. School administrators have strengthened security procedures, while Calgary police continue investigating the threats.
